We process verified removal requests within 14 days. Your store will be excluded from every future snapshot.

Your rights

Under GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA you can ask any data processor to remove your information. You don't owe us a reason — we ask for one only to improve our filters.

One honest limit

We can't recall copies of the dataset that have already been downloaded by buyers. We can — and do — exclude your store from every future snapshot, and we tell buyers in the license they can't redistribute the file.

We may follow up to verify ownership of the store — usually a quick email reply from an address on the domain, or a temporary DNS TXT record. We try to keep this lightweight.
