1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StoreRadar ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

StoreRadar provides real-time market intelligence and lead generation data regarding e-commerce stores ("Data"). We filter, score, and enrich public data to help businesses identify potential opportunities.

3. License & Data Usage

Internal Use Only: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Data provided by StoreRadar solely for your internal business purposes (e.g., sales outreach, market research).

No Resale: You strictly prohibited from reselling, publishing, redistributing, or sub-licensing the Data to third parties. You may not build a competing product using our Data.

4. User Responsibilities & Compliance

You acknowledge that StoreRadar provides data "as is." You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Data—specifically your outreach to contacts—complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:

  • GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
  • CAN-SPAM Act
  • CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act)

StoreRadar is not liable for any fines, penalties, or legal action resulting from your marketing activities.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Billing Cycle: The Service is billed on a subscription basis (Monthly or Yearly). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

6. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

We employ advanced algorithms to verify data accuracy, including email verification and tech stack detection. However, given the real-time nature of the internet, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of all data points at all times. We are not responsible for any bounced emails or outdated information.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall StoreRadar, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms (e.g., scraping our platform or reselling data).
